The third item on the right-hand tool tabs.
Width, depth, and height values must be set separately for position. This is divided into three parts: origin, fraction, and adjustment.
Origin
There are six different origin options in each dimension.
1 - From left, back, or bottom, depending on the selected dimension.
2 - From right, front, or top.
3 - From the dividing line for width and depth, or from the lower fitting line for height.
4 - Symmetrical counterpart of the dividing line for width and depth, or from the upper fitting linefor height.
- The lower and upper fitting lines in a piece of furniture refer to the fitting line below and above the base element.
5, 6 - Only appear if it's not the first part element. In this case, subsequent part elements can be aligned to the first part element.
Fraction
Allows for percentage-based positioning.
- You can specify a minimum, a maximum, and a percentage (%) value.
- At maximum, depending on the dimension, additional choices are available, such as from left or from right.
- The value entered at the minimum represents a fixed distance from the origin value,
- while the maximum value allows specifying a fixed distance from the selected position (from right or left) in relation to the dimension.
- The % value allows positioning the element between the two places determined by the min. and max. values as a percentage.
Position adjustment
Allows adjustment with one fixed and one calculated value.
- If the origin and fraction are set on opposite sides, e.g., from right for width, then the positions are automatically reversed.
- Values in adjustments are always absolute.
Changes must be confirmed with the modify button.
