In the program, the cabinets can be organized into main groups and subgroups within them.
When creating new main groups and subgroups, you need to specify the desired name and a separate subdirectory name, which do not necessarily have to be the same.
Within the main groups, there are additional settings:
-
Heading
If this is active, the main group is just a separator text in the list and cannot contain subgroups or furniture.
-
Not selectable
If this is active, the main group does not appear during furniture selection but can contain elements.
-
For size selection
The main group contains furniture necessary for size system diagrams if this is active.
-
Change of material
Each main group can be assigned a predefined material change from the list. If you switch to another main group while furnishing and the room is still empty, the manufacturing material change set here will take effect.
-
Size system
Each main group can be assigned a predefined size system from the list. If you switch to another main group while furnishing and the room is still empty, the size system set here will take effect.
-
Fixed size system
The size system will automatically switch to this size system if the room is still empty and you select this main group in the furnishing tool.
-
Fixed size system
- When defining subgroups, characteristic values for width, depth, and height can be set. These values can be used in two places. One is automatic furniture generation, where these dimensions will appear as selectable values for the subgroup. The other is that these dimensions can be used to filter furniture during furnishing.
- Each width value has an associated Multi-value, which contains distinguishing characters necessary for multi-mode during automatic furniture generation. (Explanation can be found here). These values can be copied and pasted into another subgroup.
