On this page, you can set various properties of the furniture besides their structure.
Accessing the cabinet database (Alt+B) from the menu and icon view:
The structural composition of the furniture can be assembled in the Cabinet editor section. The program stores this in a .but file. All other properties are contained in a database, and these data can be edited on this page.
Cabinet groups
Furniture and other elements can be arranged into main groups and, within these, into subgroups. The main groups contain subgroups, and the subgroups contain the furniture.
- In the upper left list, you can choose from the main groups, and the subgroups belonging to the selected main group will appear in the list below. After selecting a subgroup, the furniture within the subgroup will appear in the list on the right side.
- Any main group that does not contain subgroups and furniture is likely a header. This helps to separate different databases in the pop-up menu in the furnishing tool.
- The structure in the main groups is the same as in the group selector in the furnishing tool. Here, you can customize this pop-up menu by moving the main groups. The order of the subgroups in the cabinet database also determines the order in the furnishing tool.
On the left, you can see the list of main groups in the cabinet database, and on the right, the pop-up group selector in the furnishing tool. |

- Only main groups marked as Not selectable in the group tab will not appear in the furnishing tool.

- The data is divided into eight areas: Identification, dimensions, attachments, Prices, front filters, colours, Size system outputs, and groups. You can select from these using the icon bar in the center.
- The properties of the selected furniture appear on the tabs. You can select multiple pieces of furniture at once, in which case the tabs disappear, and only the copy, delete, and save icons below the list can be used. With the latter icon, the program creates files with the same name as the selected furniture but with a .dat extension in the current subdirectory, containing all the properties saved in the database for those pieces of furniture. This is necessary for exporting the furniture to another system.
