In Piper 3D, different floors can be placed within a single room. I select a color block from the accessories and set the desired dimensions. A height of 1 mm is sufficient. I then place it on the layout area just like a piece of furniture. Next, by clicking on the supplementary colors icon on the right, I right-click on any of the colors that appear, bringing up a custom colors - own pictures window.
Here, I can browse through the images on my computer, either finding a suitable floor pattern in the Piper3D/Data folder under textures or using one of my own images, ensuring the texture is repeatable. Then, I activate the selected texture with the modify button. I know there is a floor block among the accessories, but unfortunately, its color and texture properties match those set in the plan properties, so it would be the same as the original floor, which makes it pointless.
This texture placement method can be used for any element with supplementary colors.
