The third icon, circled in red, opens the front size table.
You can assign a size table to each front with their applicable sizes, and you can specify part numbers and prices for the sizes.
- This page is only active for fronts.
- When furnishing, the program checks which cell in the table matches the sizes of the furniture fronts, calculates the price assigned to that cell, and writes the found part number in the list.
- If it doesn't find a cell with matching sizes, it writes "Size not available!" instead of the part number in the list, and the front will not have a price.
- This system can only be used in the production preparation section. There, you can set whether the front prices are taken from this table or from the materials.
- The columns of the table represent the width dimensions of the front, and the rows represent the height dimensions.
- Each row and column can be assigned a minimum and a maximum value.
- If no minimum is given, it only considers a direct value.
- If no minimum is given, it only considers a direct value.
- Cells can be selected individually.
- The current cell is marked in green, those with assigned values in yellow, and unused cells in white.
- Letters written in the cells indicate the assigned front type: N = normal, n = normal glass, D = drawer front, etc. Multiple types can be assigned to a cell, e.g., the same size can have both normal and glass fronts.
Editing rows and columns of the table
- Using the icons, you can edit the columns and rows. New rows or columns cannot be created with existing values.
- The order of the rows and columns is important, as the program scans the table from left to right and top to bottom. It uses the first cell where it finds the desired value. This way, extra sizes can have different prices. You can write a full range (1-9999) in the last column. The program only reaches here if it hasn't found a match before.
Editing cells
The new icon allows you to assign a front type to the selected cell. It will automatically be a normal type. This can be changed by clicking on the type selector drawings.
If you select this, it considers all types.
- Each selected type can be assigned prices and article numbers individually. The price can be set as either square meter price or piece price.
If the front has variants, the table structure cannot differ, only the prices and part numbers. This icon opens a window where you can import prices from an EXCEL table.
- You need to specify the name of the Excel table, the worksheet name, and the column letters containing the article numbers and prices. If the programs and the Excel table have identical part numbers, the corresponding prices will be imported. This applies not only to the prices that can be entered here but also to the prices listed under materials.
Copy, paste, delete
- The copy-paste icons allow you to copy the entire table to another front.
- The simple delete icon only clears the content of the table.
- The delete all icon clears the entire table, resetting it to its default state, allowing all sizes and types.
