Object database basics

Opening Object/Front Database from Menu or Icon View:

In the front designer, you can assign additional data, prices, links, sizes, etc., to the objects created.

The exception is the objects saved in the miscellaneous category, which do not have database entries.

• On the left side, you can select the required object.
  
  
• First, select the type at the top, then choose the specific item from the list.
  
  
• The icons below the list allow you to move, delete, alphabetize, narrow down, and search the list in the usual way.
  
  
• Multiple items can be selected for deletion at once. The order set here will determine how fronts, handles, etc., appear on the properties page.
  
  
• The middle vertical icon bar allows you to choose between Basic data, Links, and the Size table.
  
  

Export, Import

• The green icon creates a .dat file named after the selected item, containing the database data of the selected item, similar to furniture. When importing (red icon), if you want to bring an item from another database into yours and it was exported (i.e., the .dat file was created), the database values will also be transferred.
