Securing and fixing furniture

How can I secure the furniture after arranging it so that I don't accidentally move it?

The arranged and selected furniture can be secured on the first (Properties) tab of the right-side icon bar, using the    icon. When secured, the furniture's outline changes from red to purple, and it cannot be moved or resized until the lock is released with the same button.

If you want to secure all furniture in the room, you can use the    Movability with Mouse" button in the View tab in the menu view, or the same button on the left-side icon bar in the icon view of the designer.

In this case, the furniture cannot be moved or resized with the mouse.
