Export process
1. Start the export to an Excel file by clicking the button
- In basic components and the first page of the price wizard:
- Here you can export the specific materials belonging to the currently selected material type.
- Here you can export the specific materials belonging to the currently selected material type.
- From manufacturing preparation:
- In the manufacturing preparation, a list will first appear where you need to select what you want to export.

Element list: This will export the element list based on the Element List 1 settings.

Element list - 2: You will get a table where the columns are the furniture items and the rows are the different materials. This only works correctly if the primary selection in the 2nd list is by material.
- Material list: This will export the material summary.

- In the manufacturing preparation, a list will first appear where you need to select what you want to export.
- In the element and price list:
2. After starting the export, a small pop-up window will appear with two options:
- Clicking Yes will open the table in the installed Excel program.
- Clicking No will also open the Excel program, but you can immediately save the table in the pop-up window.
- In the Filename text box, you can enter the name of the file as needed.
- Clicking on the extension allows you to change the file extension.
- Clicking the rectangle under Select location lets you choose the save location.
- Clicking Save will bring up the Windows file manager, where you can select the save location and enter the file name.
- The other two buttons will close the pop-up window.
Attention! The pop-up window might appear behind the Piper window. If nothing happens after pressing the export button, go back to the arranger and minimize Piper to the taskbar. You should then see the small window.
