Elements and price list basics

Opening the Price Quotation menu in Icon view:

On this page, we receive an automatic elements and price list for the cabinet arranged in the room.

• You can choose from 10 customizable list types in the top icon bar.
  
  
•   This icon takes you to the list settings page. Here, you can set which columns appear in the list, how the items are grouped, the print format of the list, etc.
  
  
•   The column widths in the list header can be adjusted with the mouse. Use this icon to save these adjustments.
  
  
•   Use this icon to access the data sheet. The customer information set there can be applied in the list header.
  
  
•   Print the list.
  
  
•   Export the list to .xlsx or .csv file.

Editing list elements

• Every item in the list, except the calculated prices (Net, VAT, Gross), can be edited, including the unit price.
  
  
• The edited information is saved with the room.
  
  
• Rows can be deleted or new rows can be created as desired.
  
  
  • Deleting a furniture item from the list does not actually delete it; it just turns off its "in list" setting. If you turn this back on (main page, first tab on the right), it will reappear in the list.
