Third lesson:
- Further processing of furniture created in the automatic cabinet editor for use
- Opening the completed furniture in the furniture database
- Setting the type, orientation, and application of the furniture to make it insertable and resizable
- Setting whether it should appear in the list, in the quote, and be suitable for production preparation
- Fine-tuning the previously set dimensions in the dimensions and positions menu, adjusting the starting position, starting size, or dynamic size, always updating by clicking the modify button
- In the attachments tab, adding elements that complement the furniture, such as countertops, legs, cornices, pillars, etc.
- Copying attachments from similar category or style furniture to the newly created furniture
- Setting the pricing of the furniture; for customized panels, setting production cost calculations, and for modular furniture or piece-priced products, setting price categories or fixed prices
- Setting bindings for the furniture to specify possible fronts; if no front type is selected, all fronts will be designable
- Setting automatic binding and, if the furniture has special fronts, linking the furniture to a right-click output, which can be activated by right-clicking and holding on the placed furniture in the arranger
- The right-click output contains size system settings and switches for changing technical solutions on the furniture
- Finally, setting the size system settings and group classification for the furniture, library location, and fixed settings for material exchange
- Ensuring all modifications are updated by clicking the modify button and saving by clicking the floppy disk save icon
Fourth lesson:
- Detailing and setting the basic elements composing the furniture
- Introducing main groups of basic elements
- Describing and setting basic elements
- Setting size filters
- Creating sub-elements and linking them to fictional elements
- Setting positions and sizes of sub-elements using either fixed or calculation table with size links
- Considering the place of basic elements in future furniture during design
- Detailed setting of the calculation table
- Creating one or two trial basic elements with all settings
Fifth lesson:
- Building new furniture using the previously created basic elements in the cabinet editor
- Setting positions of basic elements using either fixed or dynamic sizes, or dividing and assembling planes
- Setting the mobility of fronts and drawers
- Choosing front styles and setting handle positions
- Setting colors
- Setting edge closures
- Placing dimension lines that will appear on the workshop drawing
- Saving the completed furniture in the selected group
- Creating a preview image of the completed furniture in the arranger
