To access the settings page from the Item and Price List page, use the icon circled in red.
There are two views on this page. The first view is for general print settings, texts and header settings.
General print settings
- The left switches determine what gets printed: header, item list, price summary, properties, or comments.
- For the header, you can set it to appear on every printed page or only on the first one.
- For the other components, you can set whether to always print on a new page or continuously after the item list.
On the right, you can set the formal layout of the print:
- lines between columns and rows,
- portrait or landscape format,
- page numbering,
- print with or without a frame.
- When printing with a frame, the list appears in a frame similar to printed images, with customer and seller details automatically in the footer.
- When printing with a frame, the list appears in a frame similar to printed images, with customer and seller details automatically in the footer.
- You can set margin values and distances between different elements of the list.
- Indentation means that only highlighted rows start at the left margin, and the rest of the table starts further in according to the specified value.
Texts and header
There are 4 fixed rows in the table, representing general texts used in the list. These 4 rows appear in light blue and cannot be deleted.
Three properties can be set for these rows:
- font size
- style (selectable from drop-down lists)
- background fill: This means the row appears on a gray background, which can be turned on with the left mouse button and off with the right mouse button.
Additional rows can be added to edit header texts. These rows will appear in white.
- By clicking the new row icon, a list appears offering customer information added on the data sheet page and allowing for custom text input. For these rows, the same three text parameters mentioned above must also be set.
- The icons below the list can be used to set the order of header texts or to delete them.
- The numbered icons in the top icon bar allow you to choose from 10 schemes.
- Before switching to another scheme, save changes with the save settings icon next to the schemes.
