Elements and price list settings - Lists

To access the settings page from the item and price list page, use the icon circled in red.

  There are two views on this page. The second view is for list settings.

List columns

• Here you can enter the header for the list.
  
  
• Select which of the 15 available properties should appear in the list as columns.
  
  
  • You can set the column names in the list, which is useful when there is limited space for longer names.
    
    
  • Column widths can be adjusted directly in the list header with the mouse and saved using the save icon.
    
    
• By checking "front material" and "furniture material," the materials for the cabinet front and corpus will also appear in the list.

Summary columns

• Enter the name for the summary here.
  
  
• Select which of the 6 available properties should appear in the summary. You can set the column names for the summary, similar to the list columns.
  
  
• If the Adjust column widths switch is on, the summary columns will match the list columns. In this case, they cannot be switched here.

Groupings

• Set the groupings for the items appearing in the list here.
  
  
• The upper list shows the already created groups. The order of groups can be changed, but other properties cannot. To change them, create a new group and delete the old one.
  
  
• For each group, you can filter items based on their names or comments, and set the filter condition. The `*` character can be used as a wildcard. For example, in the group named "Upper Cabinets," all items with names starting with F will appear.
  
  
• You can also set whether items in the group are sorted by name or by position. If sorted by position, items will appear in the list from left to right for each wall.
  
  
• If an item appears in one filter, it will not appear again in another. If an item does not match any filter, it will be excluded from the list. It is advisable to finish with a `*` (all items) filter to ensure all items are included in the list. If no items fall into a group, that group will not appear in the list.
  
  
• The Handle summary appears as a separate group at the end of the list.
