Unfortunately, sometimes Windows corrupts the desktop shortcut path.
Solution:
Delete the faulty shortcut from the desktop (right-click on it and select Delete).
Open the C://Piper3D folder in Explorer, right-click on the Piper3.exe file, and select Create Shortcut from the pop-up menu.
If you have a newer version of Windows 11, you might not see this option immediately. Click on Show more options, and then you'll find the Create shortcut option.
Move the created shortcut to the desktop (Ctrl+X - Ctrl+V) and rename it to Piper3D if desired.
After this, the program should start smoothly by clicking on the newly created shortcut.
