When printing, an "invalid" message appears instead of the QR code.
There are two scenarios where this "invalid" message appears in place of the QR code:
- The data stored in the QR code contains the characters "ő" or "ű". Currently, the QR code cannot store these characters. The affected elements need to be rewritten without these characters.
- The content size is too small, meaning more data is being stored than the current size can accommodate. In this case, the content size of the QR code needs to be increased.
- After increasing the content size, always check that the scanning device can read the code. If it cannot read the code, then the size of the QR code itself needs to be increased because the code's drawing becomes more detailed. Use the label preview to ensure that the label size is also increased if necessary to fit the larger QR code.
