When rendering, only a white screen appears, indicating that the rendering process probably didn't start.
Due to some error, Pov-Ray was unable to render the image. This can happen for several reasons:
- It is possible that there are accent marks in the name or path of a texture, which Pov-Ray does not support.
- Pov-Ray might not be able to display a particular texture. This error is usually caused by an accessory item like a mug, bag, washing machine, chair, etc. Try deleting these items one by one and attempting the render again. The error could also occur if you change the accessory color or replace it with a custom photo (e.g., a photo in a picture frame, custom image or texture on a box, etc.).
- If you have significantly changed the field of view in a confined space, Pov-Ray might not render the image and instead exit. Use the reset view icon to restore the default view, and then try rendering again.
- Ensure that your database is up to date.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a definitive solution for this issue. If the above description did not help you find the error, please send us the .pov file from the Piper3D\Data\pov folder via email to help@piper.hu. The .pov file will have the same name as the one you assign in the photorealistic image creation window. Additionally, please include the .szo file related to the project, which you can find in the Piper3D\Data\szobak folder.
