Framed cabinet differs from regular furniture in that a frame strip is attached to the front edges of the corpus, on which the hinges and fronts are mounted. These pieces of cabinet required a unique system to be individually customizable in every element.
These framed pieces of cabinet are not well-known in Hungary but are popular mainly overseas and in the United Kingdom. They are designed this way because they remain more stable over time.

Size system adjustment options
Adjustable frame-specific dimensions:
- Face frame width: This is the width of the frame in mm. It can be freely adjusted at any time.
Frame-specific switches:
Front frame solution:
- How the strips are joined at their intersections can be changed based on the image.
Inner drawer holder:
- This switch allows you to turn on the side holder of the internal drawers. The first switch places an internal drawer holder carcass inside the furniture, parallel to the carcass sides.
Building a custom cabinet
It is possible to build custom 2, 3, or 4-part base and upper cabinets. These are built from so-called frames. Each piece of cabinet with a different number of partitions requires a separate frame. The width of the frame can be adjusted with size system values, similar to wardrobe cabinets.
The procedure is as follows:
-
Select the FF custom subgroup in the framed group.
-
Choose which frame you want to use based on the number of partitions desired.
-
Place the frame in the room.
-
Set the cabinet width using the measurement system output. (This can also be adjusted freely later.)
-
Click on the attachments with the frame selected and attach the partitions.
-
Then click on a partition and select the attachments. The internal frame should be selected as shown in the picture.
-
Here, horizontal frame strips, shelves, and various fronts can be attached.
In the attachment notes, it shows which partition the attachment belongs to.
The attached elements are freely resizable and positionable, except for drawer fronts, which automatically get the drawer front size system value.
- The cross strips can be moved vertically and resized horizontally.
- A partition or stiffener can be attached to the cross strips.
- A partition or stiffener can be attached to the cross strips.
- The fronts may not fit when attached, in which case they need to be selected and set to the appropriate size.
- The frame strip width can also be adjusted with size system outputs here.
- The height of the drawer front can also be set in the size system with the drawer 1 size. This size is also output for framed cabinet.
