Opening the Data Sheet from the Menu or Icon View:
The data sheet is an information sheet for each furnished room, where various data about the work can be stored.
Choosing Between Two Interfaces with the Top Icon Pair
On the first interface, you can enter the Work process and Customer details:
In the upper part of the first interface, you can enter the workflow (project) data:
- Dates can be entered using a calendar.
- The recorder's name can be selected from a list, which can also be edited here.
- Information can be saved and reloaded. In this case, the customer's data is also automatically saved or loaded.
In the lower part, you can enter the customer's data:
- These can be saved separately, independently of the workflow.
- The top two rows, the customer's name and address, will appear in the footer of framed prints.
The Second Interface for Seller and Company details:
- The logo and the contents of the unframed fields cannot be changed. This information is read by the program from the online database. Only Piper Ltd. can change them!
- The logo and the bottom two lines will appear on the print.
- The framed fields can be edited and are saved immediately.
All information is saved with the room when saving rooms. When a room is loaded, the data is loaded with it.
