Using keyboard shortcuts can save a lot of time in the long run while using the program.
(Available from version 3.8)
What is a keyboard shortcut?
A keyboard shortcut allows you to open certain windows (e.g., the furniture designer) directly from the designer using the keyboard. Usually, you will see two keys with a "+" (plus) sign between them, indicating that you need to press both keys simultaneously to access the given option.
Example of using a keyboard shortcut:
Pressing Ctrl and N together allows you to start a new plan.
The Manufacturing Preparation Module does not display its shortcut in the menu view, which is Ctrl+G.
In the menu view, keyboard shortcuts are visible in the dropdown window next to each option that has a shortcut. In the icon view, the shortcut appears next to the icon name in parentheses when you hover the mouse over it.
